Food for Future

Commissioned by FoodConnectionPoint & brainport operations Ltd

An afternoon full of food design, I had the opportunity to conclude the day with a short talk about my own views on food design and invited all the guests to have a taste of it too. Together with Maison van den Boer I had developed one of my concepts which everybody spectacularly enjoyed! This with an eye to the question ‘how can a food designer be of assistance to the food industry?’ This collaboration between a cook and a designer resulted in a surprising presentation which will definitely work for many other companies as well.
