Water & Bread
Commisioned by the Van Abbe Museum
Designing the farewell drink of a big lover of the luxuries of the Italian kitchen, Annelies decided for a buffet of only ‘water and bread’. The most delicious different types of bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, different sorts of pepper and salt and a tasting of different kinds of water. She decorated the buffet with a touch of Parma ham, Cherry tomatoes and cheese.
